3Deposit & Withdrawal Rules

• You may only use payment accounts registered in your own name.
• Withdrawals are returned via the same method used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawals above a certain threshold will be held until KYC verification is completed.
• To prevent money laundering, kkbdapp reserves the right to investigate any suspicious transactions.

If your balance is not updated after a deposit due to a technical error, please contact Support with your transaction ID. Issues are typically resolved within 24 hours.

4Bonus & Promotion Terms and Conditions

Kkbdapp offers a range of bonus promotions. Each bonus has its own specific terms, which are detailed on the voucher page. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses:

1. Bonuses can only be withdrawn after the specified wagering requirements have been met.
2. Attempting to claim the same bonus more than once may result in account suspension.
3. Using bonuses for arbitrage betting or guaranteed-profit strategies is strictly prohibited.
4. Kkbdapp reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus at any time.
5. Expired bonuses will be cancelled automatically.

5Betting Rules

The following rules apply when placing bets on kkbdapp:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed before it begins, the bet will be voided and your stake will be refunded.
• For live betting, if a bet is confirmed late due to a network issue, the odds valid at the time of confirmation will apply.
• Kkbdapp reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that are clearly erroneous, whether due to human or technical error.
• Maximum bet limits are set individually for each event and market.

Placing bets based on match-fixing or insider information is strictly prohibited. kkbdapp monitors for suspicious betting patterns and will report to the relevant authorities where necessary.

6Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on kkbdapp:

• Creating or using multiple accounts.
• Using bots or automated software to place bets or play games.
• Intentionally exploiting system errors or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Impersonating another user or attempting to access their account.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Attempting to breach or circumvent the platform's security systems.
• Harassing or abusing other users.

7Account Suspension & Closure Policy

Kkbdapp reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspicious betting activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification.
• Extended account inactivity (more than 12 months).
• A self-exclusion request is currently active on the account.

Users may also close their account at any time by contacting support. All balances can be withdrawn before closure, though any active bonuses will be forfeited.

8Limitation of Liability

Kkbdapp is not liable for the following:

• Interruptions to bets or games caused by internet connectivity issues.
• Delays or errors caused by third-party payment providers.
• Loss of account credentials due to the user's own negligence.
• Service disruption or restriction due to changes in applicable law.

In all circumstances, kkbdapp's maximum liability is limited to the value of the transaction in question.

9Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute, please contact the kkbdapp support team directly in the first instance. Our goal is to resolve all complaints within 48 hours.

What kkbdapp considers in dispute resolution:

• Server logs and transaction records.
• Betting history and game logs.
• Evidence provided by the user.

The final decision in any dispute rests with kkbdapp's expert team.

10Policy on Changes to Terms

Kkbdapp reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. For significant changes, we will endeavour to notify users at least 7 days in advance.
